Kidnastics is a developmental exercise program for children 6 months to 10 years old. All classes are instructed by State Certified teachers experienced in child development. Children play with a purpose, learning while having fun! We have small classes with age appropriate grouping. Our unique curriculum contains several different activities designed to enhance your child's total development.
 

Program offering:

Weekly Classes - Once a week for 55 minutes - 8 week sessions

Crawlers - 6 months to 12 months
Walkers - 12 months to 18 months
Tots Tumbling - 18 months to 24 months
Just us Two - 2 to 2.5 years (with parent participation)
On Our Own - 2 to 2.5 years (with out parent participation)
Flipsters - 3 - 10 years (gymnastics and tumbling program)

Nursery School - Ages 2 - years - PM Session 1,2,3,4 or 5 days a week available
Circle Time with daily lesson and interactive hands on learning, music, art, sensory activates, gym time, fine & gross motor play, outdoor playground, story time, field trip and more.

Family Class - 6 months - 5 years old
Enroll two children for the price of one.

Cheerleading - Ages 3 and up
Children will learn gymnastics & tumbling skills required for cheerleading teams.

Holiday Camp - Ages 2 and up - 10am to 2pm - Held during school vacation.

Summer Camp - Ages 2.5 to 6 years - Call for This Seasons Schedule
Walking Field trips, outdoor playground, crafts, theme weeks, songs, games, gym activities, special guests, sibling camp,

End of summer Camp Social - Socialize, snacks, campers' performance, picture slide show.
